Who can attend?
Children and teens ages 6-18 living with any disability, including those with extensive needs. Siblings are welcome.

Discovery Club hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Fees
- $45 Annual Registration Fee (Only due once)
- $50 Per Person Per Session (Due for each session)
- Financial Assistance Available
- All forms must be submitted prior to attendance.
Payment
We take Developmental Pathways, CES, Medicaid and other waivers available. Please check with your case provider. We accept checks and online payment. Please do not send cash.
