Who can attend?
Children and teens ages 6-18 living with any disability, including those with extensive needs. Siblings are welcome.

Discovery Club hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Fees
- $45 Annual Registration Fee (Only due once)
- $50 Per Person Per Session (Due for each session)
- Financial Assistance Available
- All forms must be submitted prior to attendance.
Payment
We take Developmental Pathways, CES, Medicaid and other waivers available. Please check with your case provider.
