Job Placement and Coaching: Assistance to Find--and Keep--a Great Job. Adults with disabilities looking for meaningful employment find placement opportunities and on-the-job coaching through Easter Seals Colorado Employment Services. Easter Seals Colorado’s employment consultants help match people to jobs and offer job coaching as well as long tem follow-along services.
The Explorers Day Program Members of the Explorers enjoy group community participation consisting of volunteer work, educational experiences, physical fitness activities including using the warm water therapy pool, and recreational activities. Learn more contact: mortiz@eastersealscolorado.org
Community Transit Services This program has a contract with RTD to provide assessments of people with cognitive and/or physical disabilities to determine the appropriate mode of public transportation for them, access-a-Ride paratransit service or the regular fixed-route RTD bus service. AgrAbility Colorado AgrAbility is part of a nationwide network of United States Department of Agriculture Easter Seals Colorado and Colorado State University partner in the grant that funds the program. Staff with backgrounds in occupational therapy and mechanical engineering help farmers, ranchers and family member with disabilities create solutions to problems so they can continue to farm and ranch.
