Feb 7th – 9th: Sweet Escape Respite (Ages 21 and up) – Calling all couples or singles, it’s a Valentine's Delight! Spread the love at RMV for this Valentine's Themed Respite. On the menu, candlelight dinner with romantic music playing. Stay cozy and warm while we watch movie and eat popcorn, or get creative with crafts! Acceptance e-mail will be announced on January 20th, 2025.
MARCH
March 7th – 9th: Lucky Moments Getaway (Ages 21 and up) - Roll the dice and join us for a weekend of fun and relaxation at RMV’s casino-themed respite! Try your luck with exciting games, enjoy a festive dinner, and dance the night away in a vibrant, Vegas-inspired atmosphere. It’s your time to shine and savor some lucky moments! Acceptance e-mail will be announced on February 3rd, 2025.
APRIL
April 4th – 6th: RMV Family SPRING Camp *pending confirmation* - Bring the whole family to RMV for a fun-filled and flexible weekend designed for kids and adults with disabilities—and their loved ones! Whether you want action-packed adventures or a relaxing getaway, the choice is yours. Enjoy activities like archery, arts & crafts, and hikes, or simply unwind in the great outdoors. Evenings will be filled with campfire songs, skits, s’mores, and a talent show. Create unforgettable memories together at this special family retreat! Acceptance e-mail will be announced on February 3rd, 2025.
April 11th – 13th: Colorado Respite Coalition Coming Up For Air Family Weekend - Throughout the weekend, children will receive support by trained staff and volunteers and participate in fun, recreational activities while parents/caregivers gain community resources, financial tips and tools to manage stress. This weekend is reserved for kinship, adoptive and foster families facing the challenges of caregiving with children ages 6 and up. Acceptance e-mail will be announced on February 3rd, 2025.
SEPTEMBER
Sept. 26th – 28th: Guys Night Out (Ages 6 and up) - Get ready for a weekend of fun and camaraderie at RMV’s Guys Night Out! Designed for campers with disabilities ages 6 and up, this weekend is all about hanging out, enjoying activities like games, grilling, sports, and more. It’s your time to relax, have a blast, and make lasting memories with the crew! Acceptance e-mail will be announced on August 4th, 2025
OCTOBER
Oct 10th – 12th: Colorado Respite Coalition Coming Up For Air Family Weekend - Throughout the weekend, children will receive support by trained staff and volunteers and participate in fun, recreational activities while parents/caregivers gain community resources, financial tips and tools to manage stress. This weekend is reserved for families facing the challenges of caregiving with children and teens with special needs and their siblings Acceptance e-mail will be announced on August 4th, 2025.

Nov 21st – 23rd: Superhero Adventure Respite Weekend for Down Syndrome: (Ages 6 and up) - Calling all superheroes! Join us at RMV for a weekend designed just for campers with Down Syndrome. It’s time to suit up and enjoy superhero-themed crafts, games, and adventures. From obstacle courses to heroic dance-offs and a costume party, this weekend is all about celebrating your superpowers while making new friends and unforgettable memories!
DECEMBER
Dec 19th – 21st: Holiday in The Mountains (Ages 6 and up) - Sit by the fire, make cookies, get into some awesome holiday crafts, sing, dance, and play lots of silly holiday-themed games! Acceptance e-mail will be announced on September 1st, 2025.
