Job Exploration & Transition Training (JETT)

Easterseals Colorado Employment Services offers the Job Exploration and Transition Training (JETT) program. JETT focuses on helping youth find the right career for them, preparing them for their best future, and opening the door to opportunities that will empower them on the road to success.

JETT provides resources for breaking into industries, exercises for participants to master their skills, and support along the way.

The JETT Summer Navigators Program is a new career exploration and transition services program for youth with disabilities ages 15-21. The program emphasizes paid on the job training. We provide support for youth to navigate the transition process, explore their interests, gain employment-related skills, and obtain work-based learning.
