Easterseals Colorado's Rocky Mountain Village (RMV) camp offers 220 acres of beautiful Rocky Mountain vistas with fully-accessible, barrier-free facilities, complete with cabin and dormitory style lodging for up to 156 people, meeting rooms, hiking trails, swimming pool, fishing or ice skating pond, 27-hole disc golf course, and climbing tower with zip line. We also offer tent camping sites with bathroom and shower accessibility. Our camp is centrally located, making it a great lodging location for day trips to popular skiing resorts, gambling casinos and the famous Rocky Mountain National Park. Our retreat packages include everything your group needs to have a successful event.
Pricing Information
If you are interested in choosing RMV as a place for your retreat, meetings, or fun in the mountains, please contact us and we can provide accommodations with a few different options available to best suit your needs. Guests will need to bring their own linens (we can provide linens at $10/person) or sleeping bag, a pillow and your own towels.
LODGING
- Tent: $25/tent/night for primitive camping site - Bring your own tent & pack out your trash. Restroom available for use by primitive campers
- Cabin: $400/night - Minimum occupancy 8 people per cabin
Maximum occupancy 14/Alpine, 14/Aspen, 10/Rainbow, 14/Meadowbrook, 14/Ponderosa, 14/Sunshine
- Lodges:
Friendship Lodge - $1,620/night with a minimum occupancy of 27 and maximum occupancy of 32
Homebuilders Lodge - $2,040/night with a minimum occupancy of 34 and a maximum occupancy of 46 (includeds 6 in 3 queen size beds.
* Linens and towels are available for an additional $10/person
* Day use fee - $10/person - RV: $50/RV/night parking - Options for locations with no hookups or limited locations with electric hookups only.
- Canvas Tent: $80/canvas tent/night - **Currently unavailable until further notice. 14'x14' canvas walled, raised platform tents. Has use of the shower house that is designated for your tents use only. Choice of either: tent with queen bed for 2 people or tent with twin bunk beds for capacity of up to 8 people. Propane fire pit available at site.

No charge for outside spaces (Pavilion, Garden, Meadow) unless when using it for reserved event
A/V (limited), tables, and chairs are available upon request at no charge
- Genessee Hall: $800/day or $1,600/weekend (Friday 3:00 p.m. - Sunday 11:00 a.m.)
- Quiet Dining: $500/day or $1,000/weekend (Friday 3:00 p.m. - Sunday 11:00 a.m.)
- Activity Room: $300/day or $600/weekend (Friday 3:00 p.m. - Sunday 11:00 a.m.

RECREATION
- Swimming Pool: $75/hour
- Fishing Pond: $10 day use fee, free with facility reservation.
- Hiking Trails: Use of RMV trails and our recently remodeled wheelchair accessible boardwalk through the mountainside spanning over 1,600 feet!
- Sports Court & Fields: Bring your own equipment or yard gmaes
- Climbing Tower & Zipline: $200/hour
KITCHEN/DINING HALL (JAKE'S PLACE)
Kitchen and Dining Hall are available to rent if RMV is not providing food services
- Kitchen rental + Jake’s Place: $1,000 day or $2,000 weekend (Fri 3pm-Sun 11am)
MEAL SERVICE PRICING
- Breakfast: $14/plate
- Lunch: $16/plate
- Dinner: $18/plate
* The meal rates are subject to change based on your final headcount received no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
* We are happy to accommodate most mild medical allergies, vegan/vegetarians, and religious restrictions.
PET POLICY: Dogs allowed with tent campers, RV's, in cabins, but not in the lodges. Dogs must always be kept on a leash. Please bring your own bags to clean up after your dog. Dogs must be kept in your own personal space.

- Exclusive use group may book 24 months out
